Hi, I’m Swati — Global Learning & Talent Transformation Leader, and founder of Winstronomy. For 19+ years, I’ve designed and scaled global learning ecosystems across Fortune 500 firms and high-growth GCCs. My superpower? Turning ambiguity and adversity into power.
My journey hasn’t been without storms. But each time, I chose to rise like a Phoenix. Those moments taught me that wins aren’t just outcomes, they’re milestones of resilience.

Born out of my own phoenix moments, Winstronomy is the art and science of turning setbacks into stepping stones. For too long, we’ve been trained to only celebrate outcomes. I believe in celebrating the journey — the resilience, the breakthroughs, the quiet wins that shape who we are. With two decades of empowering global leaders, building academies, leadership frameworks, and talent strategies across PwC, EY, KPMG, MetLife and GCCs, I created Winstronomy to weave together ancient wisdom, behavioural science, and business clarity.
